Yuri Shevchenko is an artist working in the Ukraine. Born in 1953 at Port-Arthur (USSR Military Base) China. Attended Kyiv Scholl of Design and Decorative Art, 1974. MFA Academy of Fine Arts, Kyiv, Ukraine, 1985.
